Today, The Zamp Team and I are excited to announce our $10M Series A led by Valor Equity Partners, with participation from Day One Ventures, Friends & Family, UpHonest Capital and 20Growth.

Since launching a year ago, Zamp is now the trusted sales tax partner to over 400 e-commerce and SaaS companies including Cult Gaia, Glamnetic, Tushy, Puzzle Financial and more.

With this new capital injection, we are focused on three things:

1. Launching our new white-label product called Z-Tax

Z-Tax enables our accounting and bookkeeping partners to offer sales tax services to their clients without increasing headcount or overhead costs.

3. Building out support for international tax
